    How does therapy work?

    We’ll meet and begin to unpack some of the issues that are bringing you to seek my help. You can expect me to honor your priorities, developing goals and a plan with you which are best suited to your needs. I’ve been in this field for 30 years and am board certified. The range and mix of therapy modalities we use will be unique for you.

    If you are interested in adding hypnosis or EMDR to the treatment it can help speed recovery.
